    - This study investigated the effectiveness of Bitcoin as a hedge against inflation in comparison to traditional assets such as Gold, Stocks and Turkish Lira deposits from 2019-2023 in Turkey. Using econometric models including Unit Root tests, ARDL tests and Granger-Causality tests, the research examines the relationship between these assets and inflation. For different case studies the data for the findings are sourced from databases such as World Bank, investing.com, the Central Bank of Turkey and TURKSAT which ensures credible data. The findings are presented with tables and support traditional assets such as gold and stocks being a reliable inflation-hedge because they have a significant negative relationship with inflation and a predictive causality. Turkish lira deposits are vulnerable to inflation and their hedging effectiveness is limited. Bitcoin presents a positive and significant relationship with inflation indicating it has reactive or speculative capabilities towards inflation rather than a reliable hedge. Future research on broader timeframes, future regulatory impacts and broader cryptocurrencies are recommended. This research helps us to understand how cryptocurrencies can be used to control economic risk, especially in markets where inflation is high and the economy is volatile. Keywords: Bitcoin, Gold, Turkish Lira Deposits, Stocks, Inflation, Inflation-Hedge, Cryptocurrency, GDP, Turkey.
