pi(+)nu<(nu)over bar> is investigated in the context of type-II two-Higgs-doublet model (2HDM). Using the existing experimental data of the branching ratio (4.2(-3.5)(+9.7)) x 10(-10), restrictions on the free parameters of the model m(H), and tan beta are obtained as follows: 0.6 less than or equal to tan beta less than or equal to 1.1, and 0.4 TeV less than or equal to m(H+) less than or equal to 0.9 TeV.
