    - The EU’s Erasmus education and Life Long Learning programmes has an important role on evaluation and accreditation of higher education throughout the Europe. In this process the impact of the e-learning is enormous. Especially, increasing role of PC use and education via internet has important contribution on evaluation and accreditation of the higher education programmes in the world. Due to evaluation process e-learning and internet can be combined to each other for better adoption of the higher education throughout the Europe. The impact of the e- learning is questioned and possible contribution in the accreditation and evaluation of higher education is questioned and researched in this study. Why e-learning can not be neglected in the evaluation and accreditation process, if the EU’s education programmes are considered?
